Wrench Services LLC keeps only what you give us when you call, text, or send the callback form. Your name, phone, car, and the problem you describe. We use it to book and do your repair and to follow up about it.
We do not sell it or share it. The one exception is a parts supplier, when a part has to be ordered for your car.
Text messages
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the provider that delivers the messages for us, and that provider may not use it for its own marketing.
How the text program works, and how to stop it, is set out in our SMS Terms.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar tools to see how people use this site, like which pages they visit and how they found us. We use Google Analytics for this. It sets cookies that help count visits. It does not tell us your name. This site runs no ad trackers. The Google map on some pages is served by Google under Google's own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them. We do not sell your personal information.
