Who is texting you
Wrench Services LLC, a mobile mechanic based in Rio Rancho, NM. You get texts from us only after you ask for them, by ticking the box on our callback form, by giving us your number on the phone or in person and saying you would like text updates, or by texting us first.
If you call Wrench Services LLC and we miss your call, we may send one text message to follow up on that call. Reply STOP to that text and we will not text you again.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
What we send
Appointment confirmations and reminders, a message when Matt is on the way, updates while the work is going on, estimates and invoices, and a note when the car is ready.
How often
Message frequency varies. Most customers get between 2 and 10 messages per repair.
What it costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and your plan. We do not charge you for texts.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. Reply HELP for help, or call us on (505) 608-6677.
Stopping texts does not cancel your booking and does not affect the work on your car. Call or email if you still need us.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
